Lost or Missing Orders

Lost in Transit
If your package is lost during shipping, please contact us at raginimeher127@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of the estimated delivery date. We will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost, provided the shipping address was correct.

We recommend contacting your local post office to assist in locating the package.

Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, we cannot assume responsibility for replacement. Any replacement orders would need to be purchased separately.

Returned to Sender

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or being unclaimed will incur new shipping charges for re-dispatch. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate and that someone is available to receive the package.
